All phone sales are final, except under the conditions outlined in this policy. Returns are only accepted for verified defects and must meet the requirements below.

2. Returns for Defective Devices

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only if:

  • The device has a verified technical fault
  • The issue was not caused by physical damage, water, or misuse

3. Inspection Requirement

All returned devices must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Include all accessories and packaging

All devices will undergo inspection before approval.

4. Resolution Options

If a return is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Repair of the device
  • Replacement with the same model (subject to availability)
  • Store credit

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor cosmetic issues disclosed at the time of sale
  • Devices damaged after purchase
  • Software issues caused by user-installed applications

6. Warranty

Where applicable, devices may include a limited warranty period of 30–90 days, depending on the product.

Warranty typically covers manufacturer defects and internal hardware faults, excluding screen and battery unless otherwise stated.

Important Notice

All returns must be reported within the stated timeframe. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
